  2. Our serviced apartments are located in Edinburgh City Centre either on The Royal Mile or just off The Royal Mile in Edinburgh.

  2. We have 13 apartments altogether. 7 apartments are 1-bedroom, 4 apartments are 2-bedroom, 1 apartment is a 3-bedroom & 1 apartment is a 4-bedroom apartment.

  4. 3. How many guests can you accommodate?
    1 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 2 (+1)* guests.
    2 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 (+1)* guests.
    3 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests.
    4 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 8 (+2)* guests.
    *(+1) :Additional Bedding(Fold Up Beds).

  1. 4. Is it possible to book apartments online?
  2. Yes. Simply select your desired dates in the "apartments search" box and follow the easy, on-screen instructions.

  1. 5. Do I have to pay anything in advance?
  2. Yes, we require a 30% deposit to guarantee the booking. Remaining balance is payable on arrival. Until the deposit is paid we cannot guarantee or hold an apartment for you.

  1. 6. Are there any additional charges?
  2. There are no additional charges, however we reserve the right to take Pre-Authorization of £200 on your credit card which will be released back to your card after check-out and apartment inspection. This pre-authorization acts as a security deposit in case of any intentional damage to the apartments. Please note that the money doesn't leave your account, it is only held for the duration of your stay and then released back after check-out.

  1. 7. Where do I check in and collect keys to the apartment?
  2. You can check in and collect keys to your apartments at:

  4. Our Check-in hours are from 15:00 – 19:00hrs. If you are arriving outside Office hours, please contact us prior to your arrival to arrange special night arrival service.

  1. 8. What if I have to cancel or amend my booking?
  2. If you cancel your booking before 30 days prior to your arrival date, then there is no cancellation charge.

  3. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival and before 7days prior to arrival then the deposit already paid by you is retained and becomes the cancellation fee. (30% of your total booking).

  4. If you cancel within 7 days prior to your arrival and before 48hours prior to arrival then there is a charge of 75% of your total booking.

  5. If you cancel within 48hours prior to your arrival or in case of No Show then total price of your reservation (100%) will be charged.

  6. Amendments : All booking amendments incur £15.00 fixed amendment fee per amendment.

  1. 9. Are these apartments wheelchair accessible?
  2. Not all our apartments are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us to confirm the availability of our wheelchair-accessible apartments prior to booking.

  1. 10. Where can I park my car?
  2. Due to the very central location of our apartments, we DO NOT provide parking facilities to our customers. However, there are several public car parks available close to Royal Mile. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.

  2. All our apartments offer secured High speed WIFI internet facility.

  1. 12. What is included in the apartment?
  2. Each apartment features a living area with wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower or bath/shower, dinning area, fresh linen and towels, tea, coffee, sugar, washing machine, washing up liquid, soap and shampoo, secure entry etc.

  2. We are located only 0.4 mile from Edinburgh Castle (less than 10 minute walk).

  2. It is allowed to have visitors in your apartments during the day. It is not allowed to have any visitors after 9pm or overnight.

  1. 15. Do you provide high-chairs and baby cots?
  2. We have a limited number of high-chairs and baby cots. If you require one please inform us at the time of booking. We will provide you with a high-chair and/or baby cot free of charge providing there is availability.
